Job summary

JLL is seeking a Director of Analytics Client Success to own end-to-end client relationships on the Azara analytics platform. You will lead onboarding, delivery, adoption, and value realization across accounts, acting as the Azara SME while coordinating with analysts, engineers, and business leaders.

You will manage all phases of service delivery from requirements through deployment, ensuring ROI and continued expansion opportunities across the client portfolio.

Qualifications

• Relationship management across a large matrix organization.
• Self-motivated with the ability to set priorities and work autonomously.
• Consultative/advisory skill set – translate platform data into client value realization.
• IT project management focused on software delivery in a SaaS/analytics context.
• Demonstrated expertise in CRE applications and cross-functional team coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee deployment and onboarding with analysts, implementation specialists, engineers and testers.
• Manage delivery risks, issues, and release plans; report to stakeholders.
• Drive ongoing platform adoption, client enablement, and value realization post-launch.
• Capture feedback and drive product/engineering conversations for continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong account health and long-term client relationships throughout the lifecycle.
