You will lead delivery, enablement, and ROI demonstrations across allocated accounts while growing solution value and satisfaction.

The role requires expert relationship management, cross-functional coordination, and a proven track record in SaaS/analytics client success.

Qualifications

Experience in relationship management within a large matrix organization.
Strong consulting/advisory skills translating data into client value.
IT project management focusing on software delivery.
Experience driving platform adoption and client enablement in SaaS/analytics.
Knowledge of CRE applications and real estate industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Delivery & Onboarding: managing deployment with analysts, implementation specialists, engineers, and testers.
Managing and reporting delivery risks and issues; planning UAT and release plans.
Overseeing configuration and support while liaising with cross-functional teams.
Value Realization & Long-Term Account Success: advising clients on platform capabilities and ROI.
Monitoring usage and adoption trends; building value realization cases for leadership.
Supporting BAU and capturing client feedback to inform product/engineering.
