JLL seeks a Director, Azara Client Success to own end-to-end client relationships on the Azara analytics platform—from onboarding and delivery through ongoing adoption, value realization and account growth. You will act as the primary subject‑matter expert and platform advocate for Azara within assigned accounts, guiding technical planning, deployment, training, and ongoing enablement to maximize ROI.

• Experience managing client relationships in a SaaS/analytics context.
• Ability to navigate a large matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and advisory skills to translate platform data into client value.

Responsabilidades

• Delivery & onboarding: manage deployment with analysts, implementation specialists, engineers and testers.
• Manage and report delivery risks and issues; oversee UAT and release plans.
• Communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
• Value realization: advise clients on platform capabilities and ROI; drive enablement plans.
• Monitor usage and adoption trends; identify at-risk users and close gaps.
• Build value realization cases and present to clients and account leadership.
