Job summary

Jobs in JS is seeking a senior engineering leader to build and scale an AI-assisted development capability. You will define strategy, operating model, and technical foundations to transform software delivery using modern AI-enabled development approaches.

You will evaluate existing AI tools, become the internal expert, define best practices, upskill engineers, and operationalize AI-enabled development as an enterprise capability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive software engineering experience with 3-5+ years in technical leadership roles (required); 10+ years preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-assisted development strategy and architecture across teams.
• Evaluate and operationalize AI-enabled development tools and platforms.
• Upskill engineers and implement enterprise-ready AI capabilities.
• Drive organizational adoption of AI-enabled development practices.
