SteadyIQ is seeking a Director of Engineering, AI & Automation to lead engineering execution, improve product quality, and implement modern developer workflows. This role focuses on delivering high-quality SaaS products while operationalizing AI and automation across the software development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years in management. Key responsibilities include driving engineering delivery, managing teams, and enhancing automation practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in full-stack development.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience overseeing teams.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, automated testing, and secure SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution across frontend, backend, and QA teams.
• Own engineering delivery, sprint planning, and technical quality.
• Partner with Product to create clear engineering plans.
