Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting, venture‑backed startups, product strategy, or related ownership over outcomes.
• Proven track record of taking AI from concept to working reality in an organizational context.
• Fluency with the AI tooling landscape — foundation models, workflow automation, prompt engineering.
• Strong ability to lead client relationships at the senior level and manage ambiguity.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in 0‑to‑1 product building and shipping tangible results.
• You are a builder first with high accountability and self-management.
