Job summary

BridgeBio Pharma is seeking a Director, Managed Markets - Regional - Northeast to lead access strategy for a ten-state Northeast region, overseeing 16 accounts including regional payers and Medicaid programs. You will ensure launch readiness, coordinate across Medical, HEOR, Marketing, and Sales, and drive comprehensive access strategies.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with major Northeast payers and IDNs, with travel 50-60% and a remote-first work setup across the USA.

Qualifications

• Extensive biotech/pharma industry experience (10+ years) and regional payer account management (5+ years).
• Proven ability to launch in rare disease and work with payers/IDNs.
• Strong relationship management with Northeast regional payers and payers/IDNs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain senior-level relationships with regional commercial payers and IDNs.
• Lead account strategy for Northeast relationships and 16-account portfolio.
• Create and execute account-specific business plans to enable rapid access for approved products.
• Profile formulary and medical policy review processes and address launch barriers early.
• Coordinate with Medical, HEOR, Marketing, Trade, Pricing, Contracting, Field Reimbursement and Sales to tell the value story.
• Communicate payer policy changes to field teams and maintain current Medicaid policy knowledge.
