Job summary

BridgeBio seeks a Director, Managed Markets for the Central region. The role leads payer account strategy across multiple states, builds senior relationships with payers and IDNs, and drives launch readiness and coverage decisions for BridgeBio's rare disease portfolio.

The position demands deep payer sector knowledge, data presentation skills, and a proven track record in regional management. Travel is substantial while location remains remote, with coordination across Field Reimbursement,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in biotech/pharmaceutical roles with payer knowledge.
• Strong ability to present complex data to senior stakeholders.
• Experience launching or supporting rare disease portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional payer accounts strategy across Central territory.
• Manage relationships with payers, IDNs, and Medicaid programs.
• Drive access readiness, formulary reviews, and coverage decisions.
• Collaborate with Field Reimbursement, Sales, HEOR, Marketing, and Pricing and Contracting.
• Communicate policy changes to field teams and maintain current market knowledge.
