Jobgether SRL is seeking a Director, Retail Sales to lead national retail partnerships, drive revenue growth, and manage full P&L with a remote-first approach.

The role requires 10+ years in national sales, 4+ years in leadership, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support key accounts across the United States.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, and Demand Planning, mentor teams, and shape retail strategy in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years national sales account management experience.
• 4+ years in leadership roles managing sales teams.
• Experience with major national retailers (Target, Walmart, Best Buy).
• Full P&L accountability and revenue growth expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of sales professionals with clear performance objectives and accountability.
• Own full P&L for the retail sales channel and drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Build senior-level relationships with major retail partners and optimize account performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales operations and inventory planning.
• Provide actionable sales data and forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
