• Negotiate strategy: shape negotiation strategies using value performance data and dispute trends.
• Relationship management: maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and industry partners as primary rebate contact.
• Cross-functional collaboration: coordinate with finance, clinical, operations and client teams on value drivers and dispute positions.
• Executive communication: deliver executive-level presentations on value performance and forecast shifts.
• Accountability: ensure integrity of rebate contracting outcomes from execution to realized value.
