Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations, drive standardization, and support M&A integration. This remote-friendly role partners with divisional leaders to optimize service delivery, scale workflows, and improve shareholder value across the organization.

The ideal candidate has a P&C license, 5–7+ years in operational leadership within a large broker/agency, and strong change management, analytics, and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership to improve operations, service delivery, and performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions for efficiency and consistency.
• Establish and promote standardized workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce variation.
• Evaluate issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze staffing and workload to develop capacity plans that support growth.
