Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national P&C operations. Fully remote with CST overlap preferred; potential hybrid onsite as needed for business needs.

You will partner with regional leadership to optimize workflows, workforce planning, and client service excellence while guiding M&A integration and transformation initiatives across the agency.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years in Commercial Lines operational leadership within a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute initiatives to strengthen Commercial Lines operations and service delivery.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Promote standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to increase productivity and quality.
• Analyze staffing and capacity to support growth and excellence.
• Partner with Managed Services to align resources with goals.
• Serve as national SME on Commercial P&C, guiding operations and systems.
• Support M&A integration through assessments, planning, and standardization.
• Collaborate with producers and leadership to drive engagement and results.
