Job summary

NWN is seeking a strategic Director of Offerings for Managed & Lifecycle Services in Boston. You will own the growth of services attach, adoption, and recurring revenue across cloud, SaaS, and traditional environments, aligning Service Delivery Framework with data analytics as a differentiator.

Lead a cross-functional team, standardize offerings, pricing, and documentation, and drive a multi-year services strategy to stay ahead of market demands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years IT experience with cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing business plans including roadmaps and SLAs.
• PMP or other technical certification required.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, SaaS, and managed services.

Responsibilities

• Grow services attach, adoption, and recurring revenue across offerings.
• Standardize and document service catalog, pricing, and SLAs.
• Lead cross-functional teams including Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Partners.
• Develop multi-year services strategy for growth and expansion.
• Communicate capability and roadmap to executives and teams.
