Job summary

Net at Work, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager / Director to lead the integration of Managed Services acquisitions from due diligence to operational maturity. You will own the integration strategy, governance, and execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring customer relationships and financial performance are preserved.

You will partner with executive teams across Finance, IT, Operations, People & Learning, Sales, Legal, and Customer Success to set priorities, drive decisions, and scale

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise-wide post-acquisition integrations or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional results.
• Strong communication, facilitation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise integration strategy for Managed Services acquisitions from due diligence through long‑term stabilization.
• Define integration objectives, priorities, timelines, and success metrics with executive leadership.
• Design scalable integration methodologies, governance models, templates, and playbooks.
