Job summary

NWN.ai seeks a Director of Offerings to scale Managed & Lifecycle Services across cloud, SaaS, and traditional environments. You will lead strategy, standardize catalogs, and drive attach revenue from advise through renewal, partnering with cross-functional teams to align with market needs.

Remote role with ~25% travel nationwide, building pricing clarity, documentation, and scalable processes. Strong background in ITIL/ITSM, FinOps, and revenue analytics is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 10+ years IT experience across diverse environments.
• 10+ years developing business plans, including scoping and roadmaps.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and client-facing communication.
• Fluency in recurring and consumption revenue economics (ARR, net/gross retention).
• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM frameworks and standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a multi-year services strategy to drive growth and expansion.
• Build a standardized services catalog with tiers, SKUs, LOEs, and pricing constructs.
• Create service documentation with clear SLAs and delivery expectations.
• Shape offering capabilities, roadmaps, and market alignment.
• Present offerings and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service Delivery, Customer Success, and Finance.
• Support recruiting and develop the offering team.
