Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Director of Learning and Growth to own enterprise strategy and the end-to-end lifecycle of career pathing, talent marketplace, and skills-based development. The role partners with HR, technology, and talent teams to design scalable, data-informed experiences that enable mobility and growth across the organization.

The position reports to the Sr. Director, Associate Learning and Growth and is fully remote, with a global scope and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years using talent, workforce, or organizational data to inform decisions, measure impact and drive adoption.
• Extensive experience in talent management, career development, internal mobility, learning and growth, HR technology, or related HR disciplines in global, matrixed organizations.
• Experience designing or scaling career pathing, talent marketplace, skills-based development, internal mobility, or workforce capability solutions.
• Proven ability applying product management practices: user research, roadmap development, prioritization, adoption planning, stakeholder feedback, continuous improvement.
• Experience developing adoption, change management, and governance approaches for sustained utilization of enterprise talent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise career mobility strategies to show paths and growth options for associates.
• Drive strategy, roadmap, and adoption of talent marketplace capabilities connecting projects, gigs, mentoring, roles, and learning experiences.
• Integrate skills intelligence, learning, career pathways, and opportunity matching for skills-based development and mobility.
• Apply product management disciplines to roadmap governance, user experience, adoption, and measurement.
• Collaborate across the enterprise to build a community of practice around career development and learning.
