Job summary

Orion Solutions Group, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Director of Sales & Business Development to drive growth in intermodal drayage across Southeast U.S. You will develop strategic plans, pursue high-value prospects, and build senior-level customer relationships.

In this remote role, you will lead negotiations, coordinate with operations, and represent the company at industry events while delivering forecasts to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Established book of business within intermodal drayage.
• Deep knowledge of port/rail operations and 3PL solutions.
• Experience selling import/export drayage services.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sales plans to grow intermodal drayage across major markets.
• Identify and pursue high-value prospects including BCOs, NVOCCs, IMCs, freight forwarders, and 3PLs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to deliver tailored drayage solutions.
• Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract execution.
• Coordinate with internal operations to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
