Job summary
Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking a Sales Manager - Intermodal to drive growth in the intermodal space and build strong client relationships. This remote role focuses on acquiring new clients, maintaining existing ones, and delivering strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
The role requires a minimum of 5 years in intermodal sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of logistics services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in intermodal sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the intermodal space.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with marketing to support sales efforts and campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report to senior management.
