Orion Solutions Group is seeking a Director of Business Development – Warehousing in Savannah, GA to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will own outbound prospecting, nurture marketing leads, and close deals in warehousing, drayage, port services, and logistics.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in warehousing or logistics sales, proven success in generating new business, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 6+ years of business development or sales experience in warehousing, logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
• Proven track record of generating new business, growing revenue, and beating sales targets.
• Experience selling solution-based logistics or warehousing services.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop outbound sales strategies through cold calls, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Qualify inbound marketing leads and convert to opportunities.
• Identify target accounts aligned with company services and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Lead sales from prospecting through proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Deliver compelling presentations and solution-based proposals; partner with Marketing to improve lead gen.
