The position offers remote work options with up to 50% travel, primarily in the United States, and requires a strong track record in intermodal sales and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales in intermodal sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics services.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales plans.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the intermodal space.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and negotiate contracts.
