Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy to guide enterprise-wide strategic planning and lead cross-functional strategy projects. You will partner with senior leaders, manage teams, and shape growth and innovation priorities.

The role requires deepHealthcare experience and a proven ability to influence executives and Boards. Location preference is near major hubs with remote options; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related function.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related strategy function.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from definition through execution with alignment to objectives.
• Serve as strategic partner to businesses and functions, shaping long-term strategy and growth priorities.
• Lead teams of 3-5 associates in market and industry analysis, benchmarking, and financial/qualitative analysis.
• Translate strategy into actionable initiatives, business cases, and prioritized timelines.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development on potential M&A and external partnerships.
