Humana, Inc. is seeking a Director, Corporate Strategy to guide enterprise-wide strategic planning and executive-level decision making. You will lead cross-functional projects, perform industry and financial analysis, and present recommendations to senior leadership and the Board.

The role involves ownership of project delivery, leading 3–5 associates, and collaboration with Corporate Development on M&A and external partnerships. Remote work may be considered with travel as needed.

Formación

• Significant healthcare strategy experience from top-tier firm or large organization.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience leading complex consulting-style strategy engagements and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Own project delivery from problem definition through analysis, recommendations and execution.
• Serve as strategic partner to CenterWell, Insurance, Technology/IT, Finance.
• Lead teams of 3-5 associates in market/industry analysis, benchmarking and financial analysis.
• Translate strategy into action by building business cases and defining initiatives.
• Partner with Corporate Development on M&A and external partnerships.
• Manage key external relationships to support strategic priorities.
• Strengthen team capabilities through coaching and process improvements.
