Humana, Inc. is seeking a Director, Corporate Strategy to guide enterprise-wide planning and provide strategic leadership to senior leaders. You will lead cross-functional strategy projects related to enterprise growth, support M&A processes and external partnerships, and present recommendations to Humana's senior leadership and Board.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related function.
• Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of healthcare business models and market dynamics.
• Experience developing enterprise or business-unit strategy including competitive analysis and growth strategy.
• Ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Own project delivery from problem definition through analysis, recommendations, and execution.
• Serve as strategic partner to CenterWell, Insurance, Technology/IT, Finance, and other units.
• Lead teams of 3-5 associates in market/industry analysis, competitive intelligence, and financial/qualitative analysis.
• Translate strategy into action by developing business cases, defining initiatives, and establishing priorities/timelines.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development on potential M&A and external partnerships.
• Manage external relationships to support strategic priorities and collaboration opportunities.
• Strengthen team capabilities and improve operating processes, tools, and approaches.
