Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy to provide strategic leadership to senior leaders and the Board.

The role leads enterprise-wide strategic planning, supports M&A and external partnerships, and guides cross-functional strategy initiatives. You will manage project delivery, develop business cases, and align teams across CenterWell, Insurance, Technology/IT, and Finance to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related function.
• Master’s degree (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH) with 5+ years of experience in corporate strategy or related field.
• Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of healthcare business models, market dynamics and growth opportunities.
• Experience leading complex, consulting-style strategy engagements and advising senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from problem definition through analysis, recommendations, and execution.
• Serve as a strategic partner to businesses, shaping long-term strategy and driving growth opportunities.
• Lead teams of 3-5 associates in market analysis, benchmarking, and stakeholder engagement.
• Translate strategy into action by developing business cases, defining initiatives, and setting priorities.
