Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy to guide enterprise-wide plans and objectives, working with senior leaders and the Board.

You will lead cross-functional strategy initiatives, build business cases, and shape growth priorities in collaboration with CenterWell, Insurance, Technology/IT, and Finance. You will manage 3-5 associates, deliver actionable recommendations, and drive strategic programs across the enterprise, including potential M&A opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in corporate strategy or related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH) with 5+ years in corporate strategy.
• Healthcare industry experience and knowledge of healthcare business models.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from problem definition to execution with high-quality outcomes.
• Serve as a strategic partner to CenterWell, Insurance, Technology/IT, and Finance.
• Lead teams of 3-5 associates in market and competitive analysis.
• Translate strategy into business cases and strategic initiatives with priorities.
• Partner with Corporate Development on M&A and external partnerships.
• Manage external relationships and drive cross-functional collaboration.
