Humana, Inc. is seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy to guide enterprise-wide strategic plans and objectives. You will lead cross-functional strategy projects, support potential M&A, and present recommendations to senior leadership and the Board. The role reports to the VP/AVP.

You will own project delivery and lead teams conducting industry analysis, financial modeling, and market research to synthesize options into clear, executive recommendations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or related field.
• Healthcare industry experience with knowledge of healthcare models, market dynamics and growth opportunities.
• Proven experience developing enterprise or business-unit strategy including roadmaps and investment prioritization.
• Ability to structure and solve complex, ambiguous business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Experience leading complex, consulting-style strategy engagements from problem definition to execution.
• Experience advising and influencing senior executives and presenting to boards.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own project delivery from problem definition through analysis, recommendations, and execution.
• Partner with business and functional teams to shape long-term strategy and growth priorities.
• Lead teams of 3-5 associates in market analysis, benchmarking, and financial/qualitative analysis.
• Translate strategy into action by developing business cases and defining initiatives with timelines.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development on potential M&A and external partnerships.
• Manage external relationships with partners to support strategic priorities and collaboration opportunities.
• Strengthen team capabilities and continuously improve processes and tools.
