Job summary

Wunderkind, a leading performance marketing platform, seeks a Director, GTM Enablement to bridge Product and commercial teams. You will architect a scalable enablement engine, partnering with Product, Solution Consulting, and Product Marketing to translate complex tech into practical, revenue-driving narratives.

You will leverage AI tools to automate content creation and scale enablement across Sales and Customer Success, with a focus on a remote role centered in the Eastern US.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, Technical Enablement, or related L&D.
• Strong SaaS industry understanding and product release cadence.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear commercial value propositions.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (prompting, LLM workflows, automation) for content creation.

Responsibilities

• Translate Technical to Commercial: convert complex briefs into enablement assets for Sales and CS.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: connect Product, Solution Consulting, Strategy, and PMM.
• Program Design & Delivery: design learning paths, certifications, and workshops.
• Scale with AI: build content and scale enablement using AI tooling.
• Partner with Tech Experts: distill advanced features into customer use cases.
