Job summary

WCG is seeking a Commercial Enablement Senior Manager to drive the revenue motion by ensuring the sales team has the training, tools, processes, and support to execute effectively. The role partners with Product Marketing to align on market opportunities and differentiation, delivering scalable enablement programs and insights across the field.

Reporting to commercial leadership, you will design a GTM enablement roadmap, onboard new-hire curricula, and leverage AI tools to accelerate ramp time,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or related roles.
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Go-to-Market, and Product Marketing teams in life sciences B2B environments preferred.
• Excellent communication, change management, analytical, facilitation, and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the enablement roadmap and operationalize GTM plans.
• Partner with commercial and GTM leaders to identify gaps and prioritize initiatives.
• Design and deliver role-relevant programs, workshops, and assessments.
• Leverage enablement and AI tools to enhance content, workflows, and scalability.
• Act as an expert user of tools to improve access to information and customer-facing workflows.
• Equip leadership with coaching guidance and performance insights.
