Job summary

Creta is seeking a Director of Enterprise Customer Success to lead a high-performing AI Success Managers team for enterprise clients. You will craft strategy, develop talent, and ensure measurable business value through adoption and renewals.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Services to drive retention, expansion, and customer outcomes across a complex portfolio. Travel ~25% across time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing Customer Success or similar teams in a fast-paced SaaS/AI environment.
• Proven track record driving retention, expansion, and measurable outcomes across enterprise accounts.
• Ability to coach teams to map technical capabilities to business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Enterprise AI Success Managers; hire, coach, and create career paths.
• Drive strategic customer outcomes with executive and operational stakeholders.
• Scale adoption and value realization across multiple enterprise accounts.
• Define success metrics, health signals, renewals, and expansions; own portfolio outcomes.
• Foster cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Services.
• Represent the voice of the customer to influence product and strategy.
