Job summary

IPSY is seeking a Director of E-Commerce Growth & Marketplace Partnerships to lead marketplace strategy and execution for partner brands across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging platforms. You will drive profitable revenue growth, coordinating marketing, merchandising, operations, sourcing, and logistics.

The role requires deep marketplace expertise and a track record of scaling brands, with heavy collaboration across finance, operations, creative, marketing, and 3PL partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital commerce, with in-depth knowledge of marketplace operations.
• Deep experience scaling brands on Amazon and TikTok Shop or similar platforms.
• Proven track record of profitable revenue growth and P&L ownership.
• Strong analytics and financial modeling skills for omni-channel LTV and ROAS.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue and profitability across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other third-party platforms.
• Develop and execute strategies to scale partner brand sales across marketplaces.
• Drive growth through optimized merchandising, pricing, and marketing investment.
• Lead brand partnerships and act as GM for partner brands with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee marketplace operations, compliance, listings, and inventory planning.
• Manage 3PL relationships and optimize logistics and costs.
• Coordinate with finance to build budgets and forecast performance.
