IPSY is seeking a Director of E-Commerce Growth & Marketplace Partnerships to lead strategy and execution for third‑party marketplaces across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging platforms. You will act as a GM for partner brands, coordinating marketing, merchandising, operations, sourcing, and logistics to drive profitable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in e‑commerce, deep Amazon/mar​keting experience, and a track record of scaling brands on social commerce platforms.

• 10+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management, or digital commerce.
• Deep experience with Amazon marketplace operations and performance marketing.
• Experience scaling brands on TikTok Shop or emerging social commerce platforms.
• Proven track record of driving profitable revenue growth on third‑party marketplaces.

• Own revenue and profitability across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other third‑party commerce platforms.
• Develop and execute strategies to scale partner brand sales across marketplaces.
• Drive profitable growth through optimized merchandising, pricing, and marketing investment.
