• Experience leading cross-functional teams and external brand partners.

• Own revenue and profitability across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and emerging platforms.
• Lead marketplace growth strategy and brand partnership management.
• Manage operational infrastructure, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination.
