Motorola Solutions seeks a Director of Computer Vision to guide a large, distributed team building scalable CV platforms. You will set the research agenda, define architecture, and drive the engineering roadmap aligned with product goals.

You will lead talent strategy, own the MLOps lifecycle, monitor performance metrics, and manage technical risk while advancing cutting-edge CV research.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical leadership for computer vision, scalable platforms.
• Hands-on ML/CV expertise and ability to steer AI infrastructure.
• Experience defining long-term technical roadmaps and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define foundational research strategy and long-term CV roadmap.
• Provide executive technical leadership across CV platform architecture.
• Lead organizational talent strategy for distributed teams.
• Own end-to-end MLOps lifecycle from training to deployment.
• Define performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Evaluate new CV research, mitigate technical risk, make build-vs-buy calls.
