Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. You will partner with regional leaders to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, and support growth while guiding producers and operations through strategic initiatives.

The role requires a P&C license, 5–7+ years in leadership, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred. Remote work is allowed with Central Time Zone hours and occasional onsite as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with M&A integration and workflow standardization.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
• Ability to influence leaders in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop Commercial Lines strategy and drive performance.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable workflow improvements.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process optimization, capacity planning, and resource management.
• Support M&A integration initiatives and operational transformation.
• Promote use of EPIC, reporting tools, and technology to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to achieve goals.
