Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead nationalCommercial Property & Casualty operations. The role partners with senior leaders to drive workflow standardization, efficiency, and service excellence across a large brokerage network.

Ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designations preferred. Remote work with eventual hybrid onsite options may apply.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
