Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide Commercial Property & Casualty operations. The role partners with senior leadership to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and drive performance across the brokerage.

The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license and may have CPCU/CIC designations. Remote work is preferred with potential hybrid onsite needs in a 50-mile radius of branch locations as business requires.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
