Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. The role partners with divisional and regional leadership to standardize processes, drive efficiency, and scale operations across the brokerage.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, with an active P&C license and CPCU/CIC designation preferred. The position offers fully remote work with Central Time Zone alignment and onsite needs as

Qualifications

• Active P&C license is required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines leadership in a large brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Support M&A integration with operational assessments and alignment.
• Collaborate with producers and teams to drive engagement and accountability.
• Promote effective use of EPIC, reporting tools, and technology.
