Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations and drive standardization across the brokerage. You will work with divisional leaders to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and support M&A integration while elevating client service and shareholder value.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred; EPIC experience is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial lines operational leadership in a large agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives.
• Drive workflow standardization, capacity planning, and operational scalability.
• Lead process improvement and root cause analysis for service delivery.
• Support M&A integration, transformation efforts, and KPI-driven performance.
• Collaborate with producers, operations teams, and leadership on strategic initiatives.
