Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations. The role partners with divisional leaders to optimize workflows, drive operational excellence, and support strategic growth across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC preferred, with deep knowledge of agency operations and EPIC systems.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify and implement scalable workflow and process improvements.
• Drive workforce planning and capacity modeling for growth.
• Support M&A integration and operational alignment with peers.
