Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. This senior role partners with Divisional and Regional leadership to standardize workflows, optimize performance, and drive strategic initiatives including M&A integration.

Requires active P&C license and 5–7+ years in a large brokerage/agency setting. The position offers fully remote work with Central Time Zone alignment; on-site may be required in some cases per

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in Commercial Lines operational leadership at a large brokerage/agency
• Active Property & Casualty license
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership
• Identify and implement scalable operational solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes
• Standardize workflows, processes, and best practices across the organization
• Lead M&A integration initiatives and operational transformation efforts
• Collaborate with producers, account teams, and leadership to drive engagement and results
