Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead nationwide Commercial P&C operations in a fully remote role with Central Time Zone alignment. You will partner with divisional and regional leadership to standardize workflows, drive efficiency, support growth, and oversee M&A integration initiatives, while maintaining the IOA values.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• CPCU or CIC designation (or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of commercial lines operational leadership at a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience conducting root cause analysis and implementing sustainable improvements.

• Define and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency and client outcomes.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Drive process optimization to increase productivity and reduce variation.

• Plan workforce capacity to support growth and optimize resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align with M&A integration efforts.
• Promote effective use of EPIC and other technology platforms.
