Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is recruiting for a Director, Commercial Lines. This role leads national Commercial Property & Casualty operations, partnering with divisional and regional leadership to advance objectives, optimize efficiency, and maximize client value.

Strong emphasis on standardization, workforce planning, and best practices across the agency. The ideal candidate will have an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC preferred, and 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license is mandatory.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation or equivalent strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization, process optimization, and scale.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with senior leadership.
• Drive workflow standardization and operational excellence across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Support M&A integration and operating model evolution.
• Collaborate with producers, account teams, and leadership to implement initiatives.
