Job summary

Insurance Office of America (IOA) is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations for Commercial Property & Casualty. This senior role partners with Divisional leaders to drive workflow standardization, operational excellence, and scalable service delivery across the broker network.

Fully remote preferred within Central Time Zone; on-site as needed. Requires 5–7+ years of leadership in commercial lines at a large agency, active P&C license, CPCU/CIC preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Experience with workflow standardization and process optimization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence leaders in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines operations initiatives and strategy.
• Lead standardization of workflows and improve process efficiency.
• Partner with leaders to align with business objectives and service delivery.
• Support M&A integration and transformation efforts.
• Provide guidance on agency operations and technology use (EPIC).
