Insurance Office of America (IOA) seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to act as a national SME for Commercial P&C and agency operations. The role emphasizes standardizing workflows, optimizing processes, and driving growth across the brokerage while aligning with senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation or equivalent. Remote work is preferred with on-site requirements as needed to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large insurance brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership to improve operations and performance.
• Identify and implement scalable workflows, processes, and best practices.
• Lead process optimization, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan workforce capacity and resource management to support growth.
• Support M&A integration and operational transformation initiatives.
• Promote EPIC/system optimization and accurate performance measurement.
• Partner with producers, operations, and leadership to drive engagement and results.
• Champion IOA values with integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
