Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national P&C operations and drive standardization across the brokerage. The role focuses on process optimization, workforce planning, and strategic support for producers and leaders.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years in Commercial Lines leadership, active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred. Remote work is allowed with occasional on-site requirements per policy.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership teams.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Establish standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Support M&A integration through assessments and workflow alignment.
• Promote use of EPIC and related technology to improve performance.
