Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. You will partner with divisional leaders to enhance service delivery, optimize workflows, and drive performance across the organization.

The role emphasizes strategic advisory support for producers, account teams, and operations while guiding transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate holds an active P&C license, CPCU/CIC designations, and 5–7+ years in leadership

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership experience in a large brokerage/agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
