Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial Property & Casualty operations. The role partners with regional leaders to standardize workflows, improve efficiency, and drive performance while supporting producers, account teams, and operational leaders in delivering top-tier client service.

The position requires an active P&C license, 5–7+ years of leadership in commercial lines, and ideally CPCU/CIC designation.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership teams.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Promote standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and quality.
• Analyze staffing and capacity to support growth.
• Support M&A integration initiatives and operational transformation.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive results.
• Optimize use of EPIC, workflows, reporting tools, and tech platforms.
• Lead change management and professional development within the team.
