Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national Commercial P&C operations with a focus on standardization and scalability. The role partners with divisional and regional leadership to drive performance, workflow improvements, and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate holds a current P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years of senior leadership in commercial lines within a large brokerage.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership to improve operations and service delivery.
• Promote workflow standardization, processes, and best practices across the organization.
• Drive process optimization, capacity planning, and workforce modeling for growth.
• Support M&A integration initiatives and operational alignment across platforms.
• Partner with producers and leaders to improve performance and stakeholder engagement.
