Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to lead national P&C operations and agency best practices. You will partner with divisional leadership to standardize workflows, optimize processes, and scale operations while supporting growth and M&A initiatives.

This role requires a valid P&C license, CPCU/CIC designation, and 5–7+ years in commercial lines leadership at a large brokerage. Exceptional communication and change leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• CPCU/CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
• 5–7+ years in Commercial Lines leadership at a large brokerage/agency.
• Expertise in agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization, continuous improvement, and RCA.
• Workforce planning, capacity modeling, and resource management.
• M&A integration experience valued; EPIC experience preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership.
• Ability to influence leaders in a matrixed org; strategic thinker.
