Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national expert in Commercial Property & Casualty and agency operations. The role partners with divisional leadership to drive performance, standardize workflows, and support M&A integration while advising producers and operations on best practices.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7+ years of leadership in a large brokerage, hold an active P&C license, and prefer CPCU/CIC designations, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation (or equivalent).
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large broker/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and workflows.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with leadership teams.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to increase productivity and consistency.
• Analyze staffing, capacity, and demand to support growth and excellence.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership to drive initiatives.
